Caroline is the founder of the Stars du Nord, a Nordic food festival that is first of its kind, uniting Michelin chefs, winemakers and designers from all Nordic countries. Passionate about food, she is also the gourmet editor in Connoisseur Magazine and a contributing writer in Vogue Scandinavia, White Guide and Gourmet Sweden.
