Freelance journalist
Anna Norström is a freelance journalist, food critic and speaker. “No allergies” is her first introduction as she likes to try everything, at least once. Anna writes about food, restaurants and the hospitality industry in general: from her investigative journalism about sexism in restaurant kitchens to travel reports from Mallorca or an in depth feature on the life of Anthony Bourdain. She works for some of Sweden’s biggest national newspapers and magazines and is frequently hired as a lecturer and actively participates in panels on global food trends.
