With a background as editor and writer in food journalism and publishing since 20 years, Mattias has travelled in more than 50 countries in search of the most interesting food and restaurants in the world. He has followed and actively supported the New Nordic movement since the very start and has a special interest in exceptional ingredients and artisan food crafts.
