Their bakery is so small it could be mistaken for a kitchen, and their buttery cinnamon buns are famous all over the country. Everything coming out of this bakery is sold the same day, housed in a building that coincidentally used to be flour mill many years ago. Clean concrete, sexy brutalism, humanist spirit. Take your time in here, its busy but inspiringly peaceful. After having been here once, you will find yourself coming back over and again and become one of RØSTs many regulars in that famous queue outside.
